Return Policy

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is returned in its original condition, with all parts, accessories and packaging included.
The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by improper use is not eligible for return.
Hygiene-sensitive products are thoroughly cleaned before being sent back.
Any item that arrives defective is reported to us immediately.
All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where items appear used or damaged, or do not meet our return conditions.

How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Reason for return

Once we've received your request, we'll send you the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender's address. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team.

Please note: Returns can only be accepted once your package has been delivered.

Packages cannot be returned or recalled while they are in transit.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

This is because our fulfilment system is fully synchronised with our warehouse partners. As soon as an order is confirmed, it is automatically passed on to our logistics network for processing, packing and dispatch preparation.

Once this process is underway, the order cannot be stopped or reversed manually.

We understand this may be inconvenient, but this system keeps all inventory and tracking information accurate and traceable throughout the entire fulfilment process.

Refunds
Returned items are first inspected by our returns department. Once approved, your refund may take up to 10 working days to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
